This workshop is part of a series of events supporting Birmingham’s ambitious vision to become an Anti-Racist City by 2035.
In October 2024, senior leaders from across the region, including the West Midlands Mayor, council leaders, education institutions, and West Midlands Police and Crime Commissioner, came together to sign a pledge committing to this vision. While this is a great first step, we know that moving from a pledge to meaningful, transformative action requires collaboration and bold ideas.
With your input, we will develop a framework that drives real change.
During the workshop, we’ll explore what makes a place anti-racist and how to bring this vision to life in Birmingham and across the West Midlands.
